Welcome to BIDBUS Innovations Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our digital ticketing and travel management services, including our website, mobile app, and all related platforms. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services Offered
BIDBUS enables users to: Search intercity bus routes, book and pay for tickets online, track buses in real-time, receive booking confirmations via SMS/email. Transport operators access route and revenue management tools via the BIDBUS Operator Portal.

Account and Registration
Users must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Payments
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways, including MTN MoMo and bank cards. BIDBUS does not store sensitive payment data. By booking, you authorize BIDBUS to debit the applicable fare and fees.

Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are subject to operator policies and BIDBUS processing rules. In general: Cancellations made at least 12 hours before departure may be eligible for a refund (less processing fees). No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

User Obligations
Users agree not to misuse the platform, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent transactions. Violations may result in suspension or legal action.

Limitation of Liability
BIDBUS acts as a digital facilitator and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service quality provided by transport operators. We do not guarantee seat availability or punctuality of services.

Data Privacy
We collect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of our services constitutes consent to our data handling practices.

Modifications
BIDBUS may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
